Shipping and Returns
Here at Secret Indulgenz we have pretty flexible return policy, because we know, we are people too and we love flexible terms, but we know there are some folks who just want to go for a "free ride" if you know what we mean ;) so we gotta set some ground rules. But it's nothing to bad :)
Shipping Policy
Shipping is provided by various fulfillment networks throughout the USA, CAN, MEX, and EUROPE. These include Amazon fulfillment warehouses and third party fulfillment providers.
Shipping rates are just passed on to the customer and are as low as we can receive them. We do not charge more than we have to for shipping, and offer free shipping for most of our products as a courtesy to customers.
Were available, there are faster shipping options. These will be obtained based on your location. These can include 2 day and 1 day shipping options. For everthing else, it will usually be 2-4 days in the USA with USPS First Class, Royal Mail in the UK, Business Tracking Royal Mail in Europe, and Canada Post in Canada. For Mexico, the lowest cost carrier will be used, which may take anywhere from 4-5 days.
Shipping outside of the USA to a country not listed may take longer and be shipped with USPS First Class international. Depending on the country, the import duty tax is paid by the receiver.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be in an unworn state with the tag still attached. To request a return or replacement, please visit our contact page. Contact us by email or faster through Facebook messenger with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions via e-mail, including a return shipping address.
We require that all returned items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached. If an item we receive for return has been worn, or the tags removed, the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. In such case, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Return shipping is always free as long as ship to us back with USPS first class service in the same box.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be requested within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item. Items returned for an exchange must be in an unworn state with the tag still attached. To request an exchange, please visit our contact page. Exchanges require 1-2 business days to process.
In the event of an exchange, we will provide you a credit for other purchases on the Site equal to the purchase price paid for the exchanged item(s)

Any purchase via Amazon of our products is subject to Amazons return policies.
